To obtain renewal of accreditation, you will need to show that you have been actively involved in the editing profession and that you have undertaken appropriate professional development activities to maintain and extend your editing skills.
There is no exam for renewal of accreditation. All information for your application should be provided on a detailed application form.

The application fee for renewal of accreditation is $150 for IPEd members, and $175 for non-members. The fee must be paid when you submit your application. Payment methods are set out in the Guidelines.
For editors accredited in 2011, renewal is required in 2016. Details of this and applications for renewal are available on the Guidelines for renewal page.
