How to create an entry in the Editors Directory

IPEd’s Editors Directory will go live to the public early in January 2017.

All members are invited to create a personal profile, h
owever, only those Professional and Honorary Life Members of IPEd who have chosen to appear in the Editors Directory will have their listing visible to the public.

To check whether you have chosen to have an ED subscription please log in to your IPEd member portal and go to 'My subscriptions'. If you have an ED subscription it will appear here alongside your regular membership subscription (e.g. Professional). Only Professional and Honorary Life Members are eligible for an ED subscription. If you do not have an ED subscription but would like one (and you are a Professional or Honorary Life Member) please email the membership officer, Nicole Mathers, and she will create a subscription for you.

Important steps to take before you create your entry:

1.      Login to your profile on MemNet

2.      Read the instructions on the ‘About the Editors Directory’ on MemNet 

3.      Watch the 6-minute silent video on the 'Create an Editors Directory entry' page in MemNet

Find an editor

IPEd has established the Editors Directory. Clients can search the directory for freelance editors using specific criteria. These will identify editors that have specific interests, skills or experience in certain areas.
