The IPEd membership drive

The Institute of Professional Editors Limited (IPEd) is thrilled to announce our inaugural membership drive!

The IPEd membership drive includes special offers and prizes for students, and for other new members and renewing members. 

Members are at the centre of everything we do at IPEd. We exist to advance the profession of editing and to support and promote Australian and New Zealand editors. Our members play an important role in that work, both benefiting from our collective efforts and contributing to the work of IPEd through their involvement in branches and their work on our standing committees and working parties. 

IPEd membership is open to editors engaged in all aspects of editing for online and print publishing and anyone with an interest in editing, publishing or a related field, including students.

Becoming a member of IPEd is a wonderful way to connect and engage with the industry but it also comes with a range of fantastic benefits.

What is on offer in the inaugural IPEd membership drive?

New student members get 15 months of IPEd membership for the price of 12 months – that’s three FREE months of membership PLUS every new student member is entered into our prize draw.

New professional or associate members will receive FREE access to three IPEd speaker events* PLUS every new professional or associate member is entered into our prize draw.

Renewing members don’t miss out, whether renewing early or lapsed, with every renewing member entered into the prize draw.

*Speaker events must be used within the first six months of membership.
