Editors NSW was very excited to host IPEd’s first-ever neurodivergent editors’ meet-up on Tuesday 19 March 2024. We had 20 editors attend on Zoom from all around Australia and New Zealand, and even from as far afield as France.
Dr Camille Nurka shared her experience as a neurodivergent academic editor, which was followed by an energetic and uplifting discussion about the challenges and benefits of being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world. A lot of fun was had by all, and we hope to hold another meet-up later in the year.
